Hi, I’m Theresia! I have a BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy, which gives me a strong foundation in anatomy and movement science that I bring into every class. I also spent 15 years as a classical ballerina, so mindful, intentional movement and the importance of proper form has always been a big part of my life.
