Studio Policies

1. No Shoes Inside the Studio.

2. Client MUST Wear Grippy socks. 

3. Our Grace period is 5 minutes. DOORS will be LOCKED 5 minutes into class. If you are late and have any questions email us at info@privatefigurepilates.com

4. NO REFUNDS

5. Late cancel will result in a loss of class, or a $15 charge if you have the unlimited pass. 

6. NOT SHOWING UP to class will result in $20 charge.

7. You MUST be at least 10 minutes early to your First Class with us.

8. Phones are not allowed on the machines for everybody's safety. Please leave your phone inside the cubbies.

9. No Pets and No Children Allowed. Anyone who is not on the roster should not be inside the studio during a class.

10. The Studio has the right to ban a client from returning if the client does not comply to any of the above policies.
