Studio Policies

1. No Shoes Inside the Studio.

2. Client MUST Wear Grippy socks. 

3. Our Grace period is 5 minutes. DOORS will be LOCKED 5 minutes into class. If you are late and have any questions email us at info@privatefigurepilates.com

4. NO REFUNDS

5. Late cancel will result in a loss of class, or a $15 charge if you have the unlimited pass. 

6. NOT SHOWING UP to class will result in $20 charge.

7. You MUST be at least 10 minutes early to your First Class with us.

8. Phones are not allowed on the machines for everybody's safety. Please leave your phone inside the cubbies.

9. The Studio has the right to ban a client from returning if the client is aggressive towards the staff or any other client in the studio.
